Schildspitze / Punta dello Scudo is a 3461 m three-thousander in Südtirol, close to Plattenspitze / Punta delle Laste, Drischlwand - Croda della Trebbia, Vertainspitze - Cima Vertana. The view reaches as far as Ortler - Ortles at 3905 m. The marked path to the top is graded T5 demanding alpine hiking on the SAC scale.
